* Homeowner Referral Program Disclosure

  1. A referral is a homeowner who contracts with Flores & Foley for a new or replacement roof of at least 1500 SF.
  2. A referral becomes a customer once their roof is replaced and the final invoice has been paid.
  3. A referral cannot be a prior customer of Flores & Foley.
  4. The referrer must submit a referral form through our website.

Strengthen Your Roof / Strengthen Your Coastal Roof Grant Program

To help better protect homes within beach communities, the North Carolina Insurance Underwriting Association offers grants to eligible policyholders through the Strengthen Your Roof & Strengthen Your Coastal Roof pilot programs.

Eligible policyholders can apply for a grant of up to $8,000 toward the installation of a new FORTIFIED roof. Please note: this grant does not cover the entire cost of a FORTIFIED roof replacement. It is only intended to cover the additional costs associated with installing a FORTIFIED roof.
