Annie LaFave

Annie LaFave began her professional journey in the classroom, where she earned a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction and spent six years teaching. In 2019, her passion for problem-solving and community led her to transition to Flores & Foley, where she specializes in drafting and estimating for both commercial and residential projects. Annie brings valuable lessons from her teaching background, such as clear communication and patience, to her current role as Estimating & Purchasing Manager. She is proficient in various roofing software, and takes pride in custom drafting metal roofing systems tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys reading psychological thrillers, exploring clay art and sewing, and relaxing through swimming. Whether playing pickleball or indulging in sushi, she treasures spending time with her family and is always ready to engage in great conversations, be it about books, crafts, or roofing techniques.
