Yesterday when we met with the insurance adjuster, he said he’d come over early the night before and was VERY impressed with the work the roofers are doing. He said it’s some of the best he’s seen, particularly in the way the ice and water shield are being installed, the way the siding is being handled, etc. I think that’s great!
The entire process was first rate from beginning to end. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful guiding me through issues we had , the options and solutions available, and selection of materials. When any problems arose he was there to solve them. The installation crew was excellent and did a great job. They always arrived on time and worked very hard every day. The entire area was cleaned every day!

Flores and Foley are an exceptional roofing company. They replaced my home's roof some years back and just re-roofed my unattached garage. They are higher than other companies but do outstanding work and use quality materials. Their 10 year warranty on workmanship is a plus.I highly recommend them.
Great job by the company and very good pricing. The crew worked long hours to get the job done. Worked to make sure all the debris and nails were cleaned up. I asked for a 2 month delay to allow a fireplace vent to be installed before roofing. They were able to accommodate my request. One gutter damaged which they are handling without issue. Great customer service!
